Receive and keep your surprise
Preparation starts after payment is confirmed. Follow progress in your family account. No delivery time is promised unless it is specified for the package.
Files remain available for 30 days after delivery. Your order shows the exact expiry date; download them to keep them.
What if Santa called?
Hotte Magique includes one shared call for one to three children. The phone plays the recorded audio from the video. This is neither a conversation nor a video call.
The call is available to a mainland French number. You choose a time in the Paris time zone; the message must be ready before the call can be placed.

What can I personalize?

When will I receive the message?
The timeframe, when available, is indicated in the offer and reminded before payment. You follow the actual steps in your family area and receive an email at the end of preparation.
How to watch and download the files?
From your family area, you can watch the MP4 video and listen to the MP3, depending on the chosen package. Files can be downloaded to your phone or computer. Their availability date is displayed on the order.
Do I need to create an account before ordering?
No password is required. Your email address allows you to order and receive a personal link to access your orders.
Is the payment secure?
Payment is made on Stripe’s secure page. We do not store your card number. Message preparation begins only after payment confirmation.
Does Santa Claus promise the requested gift?
No. A gift is mentioned as a wish, never as a delivery promise. The message remains kind: no surveillance, no threat, no judgment of the child.
How does the Santa Claus call work?
With Santa’s Magic Sack, choose your number, date, and Paris time. The personalized message from your video is played on the phone for the whole family. In case of a busy line or no answer, choose another time in your family area, with a limit of three attempts.
Peut-on inclure plusieurs enfants ?
Lutin and Féérique are for one child. Hotte Magique brings one to three children together in one video and one shared call, at the same price.
Which languages are available?
French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. In your order, you choose the message and email language independently of the website language.
How can I request a correction?
Check your details before paying. For an order already paid for, contact contact@lepapanoel.fr with your order reference; your request will be reviewed.
